Jeffrey Christopher Roueché was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on January 7, 1962. Since 1988, he has been a Music Specialist in the State of Georgia. He has also served as Music Minister at several churches in the Chattanooga area.

Roueché is a 1995 Graduate of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he received a Master Degree in Music Education with vocal and instrumental emphasis. He has played principal oboe with the Continental Singers and Orchestra, sung with the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera and the Chattanooga Bach Choir. Voice teachers include Stella Zambalis and David Pennebaker.

Roueché is a devout Christian who loves his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is dedicated and faithful to his calling in the ministry of music and strives to encourage and inspire others to use their talents and gifts to honor and glorify the Lord.
